Training with Sam has been a game-changer for me. Her knowledge, motivation, and personalized approach have helped me shape my fitness goals. Every  session is challenging but rewarding, and she always push me to do my best while ensuring I maintain proper form and avoid injuries. I’ve gained strength, a healthier lifestyle and most importantly my confidence thanks to her guidance and reassurance . Sam is a top tier, A1 trainer. Not only is she very knowledgeable in her craft as an instructor/trainer but she is willing to be a student as well. She is always open to learning new things to better assist her clients. She pushes you to be a better you but she makes every workout fun and interesting so you are having fun as well. You have such a good time working out with her that you forget you are exercising at times. If you’re looking for someone to ease your “gym nerves” and give you the comfort level you desire, Sam is the perfect trainer for you.

Sam has completely changed my life. When I started my fitness journey i wasn’t comfortable in being in a gym setting. I felt extremely intimidated by it. I started training with her when she started her HIIT classes. She made me feel so comfortable and loved. I love her energy, how professional and how knowledgeable she is. I’ve been working out with Sam since 2023.. At first my plan was to come workout with her for a few weeks to prefect my form and go back to working out alone. I started seeing her 6 days a week !! Her energy is amazing she’s pushing you and cheers you on. I've been with my trainer Samantha for year and half she has been amazing in motivating me ,helping me achieve my workout goals and has stayed true through every mile stone. With her versus other trainers I feel supported, motivated, and encouraged. She truly takes time to customize my workouts ,pushing me to newer heights while making sure I stay disciplined in keeping proper form and technique. She is always professional but at the same time she makes you feel like family and very approachable.  Not only have I seen incredible improvements in my strength but my confidence has elevated as well. If your looking for a trainer that's going to help you achieve your goals and that's going to encourage you and motivate you and who truly cares about your success there's no one better that I know Samantha is who your looking for.
